Please arrive between 9:15 - 09:30am
Courses run from 9:30am to approximately 4:00pm. Toilets are available on-site at Hall Bower Chapel (All footwear must be removed when entering the Chapel).
After a short introduction and essential safety briefing, the rest of the day is hands-on. You’ll be involved in lifting and manual work, but don’t worry—no one will be asked to go beyond their physical limits.
The course is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to understand the basics of a dry stone wall. From stripping down an existing aged wall, building foundations and then build layered sections of the dry stone wall.
