2 day Meditation training course (Raja yoga based) teaches Sahaj Marg Meditation methods includes simple food, 4 guided meditations.

About this event

Raja Yoga meditation is a time tested ancient spiritual science that many followed to become realized and lead a happy life. This course introduces the methods of Raja yoga adopted and improved by our Master , Sri Ram Chandra of Shahjahanpur, India.

The unique addition to the Raja yoga is the assistance of Master with the yogic transmission of spiritual energy called - Pranahuti.

The course is held for free by Institute of Sri Ramchandra Consciousness (ISRC), and all subsequent training is also free, the institute is a registered Non-profit organization. Course is spread over two days, attendance on both days is necessary to confirm for registration. Sunday morning when you arrive at 9 :00 am, we continue with agenda (please see below).

There will be breaks during the training for Lunch and refreshments. This is not a retreat, you drive back home after first day and return next day.

The unique feature of this system is the support of our revered Master using a (specialized) technique called Pranahuti- which is yogic transmission of spiritual energy.

Course also include 4 guided meditation sessions to practice meditation method and to experience the Pranahuti transmission.

We provide simple holistic vegetarian food, if anyone has special diet requirement or allergies we will try to meet if you let us know in advance. Water, juices, Tea will be provided in breaks.

We are offering this course in residential setting, actual place of training on regular basis will vary. There are 4 training locations in Austin area. Training is personalized and continuous as long as one wishes to train towards the Goal.

There is no obligation to join, but we would love to welcome you to practice with us if you decide to take up practice. All further training is also Free.

Married couples are encouraged to register together for the course, this course is intended for householders. We allow participants in the ages 18-55.
