2 Day PRO ACT Training

Pro-Act, Professional Assault Crisis Training is a comprehensive crisis intervention andprvention program designed to help staff safely manage challenging and aggressive bhaviors. The program emphasisizes prevention, de-escalation, and safe internvetion techniques when nessary.

• Arrive 830am - training begins promptly at 9am
• You will need to attend both days in order to be certified
• LOCATION - Community Room
• Parking - parking is located behind the building and plenty of parking along the street
• Bring a lunch, a list of locations within the area will be provided
• Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be up and moving around learning various tools and techniques
