Info: Build your seller & buyer video drip autoresponder/retargeting campaign so every new lead that comes in from your PPC and Facebook campaigns wants to talk to you. The 10 messages/scripts are provided to you in advance, and you'll customize and load them up to go out automatically from your CRM for every new lead during this time. This will warm up your leads so they take an appointment with you.

Info: We'll break for lunch on your own tab at the restaurant in the hotel down the hall.

Info: Set up your email, phone, scripting, and reporting/management systems to plug in a $5/hr virtual assistant appointment setter to book the PPC/Facebook buyer and seller strategy calls for you. The email, live call, voicemail, and email follow-up playbook is sent to you in advance. You'll make the follow-up calls yourself (under your assistant's name) to prove that VAs can set high-quality appointments for you this way. Then it's just a matter of hiring your VA to follow the system you've already set up that works.

Info: Dave Z's buyer and seller presentation is provided to you in advance. You'll personalize it during this time to your brand and message so you can confidently deliver it on Zoom to get a signed representation agreement remotely. You'll send an email to your database offering a buyer or seller presentation on your Calendly so - with luck - you get a few scheduled Zoom presentations booked while you're here.
