2 Day Intensive Doula Training

This course is a two-day, foundational doula training program. You will leave with a certificate in hand and the tools to begin your career.

By the end of this training, you will feel confident supporting a birthing person and the family during pregnancy, birth, and the immediate postpartum time. Topics include meeting common pregnancy challenges, birth support including massage, aromatherapy, relaxation and meditation techniques, and postpartum and breastfeeding support techniques.

In this training you will learn about post-birth needs, baby feeding and sleeping basics, and overall family support. If you thought birth support was amazing, everything after is even better. This is when we get to see how it all comes together, and our impact is so significant for these families. Also included in this training is what you need to know as a professional business owner.

This workshop is 25hours in total, including in person time, homework, and pre-requisities.

Pre-Requisites: (completed within 1 year before start of training)

• A comprehensive childbirth prep class
• A newborn care class
