Receive thorough instruction on industrial and light duty power sources, safe use of the equipment, electrical characteristics, appropriate wire selection, and operation of the GMAW process. Use different combinations of welding wires and welding gases, while learning most types of flat, horizontal, and vertical welding on mild steel plate.Welding Essentials course is a prerequisite.
