2 Day Beginner's Yoga Workshop Series + 1 month of unlimited yoga classes

This is a 2 day workshop designed to build a solid yoga foundation for beginners and will leave you feeling confident with jumping into the group class that best serves you! No experience is necessary - this is your opportunity to begin with other people who are new to the practice as well!

Dates & Times:

• Saturday 7/10 from 3-6pm - Flow Styles, Class Structure, Postures & Alignment
• Sunday 7/11 from 3-6pm - Alignment Cont, Postures, Breath, Yin/Restorative Styles

After, you will have a free consecutive month of unlimited yoga classes that can begin anytime within 30 days after the completion of this workshop. This can not be paused or redeemed for class packages. It will end 1 month after you begin.

Saturday 7/10: Focus is on what the different styles of yoga are (what are those names you see on the schedule?), class structures, and the poses you will commonly see in most Yang (movement-based) practices. Alignment will be emphasized to ensure you understand what the poses should feel like in your body and how to modify

Sunday 7/11: Focus is on a continuation from the previous day with postures and alignment but new poses will be introduced that fall into the Yin (more relaxed) category. Breath will be highly emphasized here as well to tie it all together.

Cost (includes both workshop days & 1 month of unlimited yoga classes): $120 (this cost is only $10 more than our suggested 1 month unlimited pricing option - huge steal)

Teacher: Kaycie Hall. She has been teaching since 2012 and has practiced & taught many styles of yoga over the years. She continues to advance her studies and knowledge of this practice. Kaycie thoroughly enjoys teaching beginners and ways to make it more accessible to everyBODY. She receives a lot of inquiries for private classes for beginners, so this workshop series comes as a way to bring all beginners together to learn, grow and connect with one another. Community starts strong with this foundation together.
