2 DAY BALLET INTENSIVE WORKSHOP with DILEK

Join Senior Ballet Teacher Dilek Taptik for an intensive 2-day workshop designed to deepen your understanding of ballet technique and help you dance with greater confidence, clarity, and sophistication.

This workshop will be limited to 20 dancers only in the large Rambert Studio space o allow individual attention and ample space for execution of steps.

Drawing on decades of teaching experience and a profound understanding of classical ballet pedagogy, Dilek will guide participants through the next section of essential building blocks of allegro and centre work.

You will explore focal steps, linking movements, and the logic behind combinations, learning how to execute them with efficiency, precision, and artistry.This workshop is ideal for adult dancers at Improver and Pre-Intermediate levels.

11:00-11:45- 45-minute Ballet Barre Warm-Up

11:50-13:00- Technique 1 Centre Practise Enchainements & Breakdown

13:00-13:30: Lunch break/ Self practise

13:30-14:30: Technique 2 Allegro Enchainements & Breakdown

14:30-14:45: Self Practise with Assistance/ Observation

14:45-15:00: Group Photos & Socialising
