We have created a safe space for a sacred pause — to breathe, feel, and learn how to reconnect with your higher self. Experience parts work, somatic healing, hypnosis, breathwork, meditation, journaling, Reiki, and sound therapy to help you regulate your nervous system, release emotional tension, and rewire subconscious patterns that cause anxiety, stress, or self-doubt.

What to Bring:

Please dress comfortably.

Bring a mat, a pillow, an eye mask, and a blanket.

If you don't want to sit on the floor for too long, consider bringing a portable chair and an extra pillow to make your experience more comfortable. Your comfort is essential, so bring whatever you need.
