2/22 Emotional Release & Movement Workshop

Have you had heartache or just going through a hard time and need a safe space to RELEASE?

Get ready to move, dance, and release in this high-energy, transformative workshop! I’ll guide you through five powerful emotions using movement, sound, and dance, helping you release pent-up stress, anger, shame, and anxiety stored in your body.

Through breathwork, voice activation, and liberating exercises, you’ll let go of tension, reconnect with your power, and make space for love, joy, and abundance.

We’ll end with an exhilarating celebration of sensuality and joy that will leave you feeling empowered and alive. Come dance, express, and transform with us—your next breakthrough is just one move away!As humans we are taught to hold in our emotions, suppress them, and hide them. In this workshop we will learn to express our emotions, let them out and move through them through movement, music, dance, voice, and other forms of expression!

I will take you through breathwork, movement, releasing exercise, and come together at the end for intentions.

Through this workshop we will:

💜 Help release tension and connect with emotions which helps lead to inner peace.

💜 Learn exercises to release aggression and anger management

💜 Deal with fear, anxiety and low self-esteem and become confident through and empowering exercises like voice-liberation and breath work

💜 Releasing pent up emotion and shame that is stored in the body makes space for love, abundance, happiness, it will also help bring your power back!

We will do movements, exercises, and a little bit of dance movements with powerful sounds and music.

This workshop is held at Herbaculture, a yoga, fitness, dance studio and is held by Tia Lynn who is a marketing, intimacy, and confidence coach. Through her coaching hundreds of people, she has found we tend hold in their emotions and it holds us back in our life, relationships, and can even hold negative space in our bodies.
