Come watch 8 of Christchurch’s top hoopers go head-to-head in the rawest form of basketball there is, 1v1.

This isn’t about set plays or team systems. It’s about who’s got the deepest bag, the sharpest instincts, and the hunger to take home $1,000 cash just days before Christmas.

You’ll see the moves their coaches would’ve benched them for, now fully unleashed. Crossovers, stepbacks, ISO buckets… every possession is personal. Every matchup feels like a finals game.

Saturday 20th December – Bishopdale YMCA

• Round Robin Battles + King of the Court Showcase
• Each player plays 3 randomised 1v1 games
• Top 4 players qualify for the Finals

Sunday 21st December – Middleton Grange (New Gym)

• Semi-Finals & Grand Final
• Winner takes $1,000 cash

• Saturday: Bishopdale YMCA
• Sunday: Middleton Grange – New Gym
