About This Training:

This resilience and leadership training is designed for first responders, healthcare professionals, educators, leaders, and community members interested in building resilience and improving performance under stress.

Led by 1st Wath Wellness Director of Education & Training Matt Quackenbush, LCSW, this interactive program equips participants with practical strategies to strengthen resilience, enhance leadership effectiveness, manage stress, and foster healthier, more cohesive teams in high-pressure environments. Through evidence-based instruction and real-world application, attendees will gain tools to support both personal well-being and organizational success.
