1st Time Home Buyer Seminar: Where to Start

Not sure where to start with buying your first home? This free seminar is designed for Scottsdale/Phoenix-area renters, young professionals, and young families who want clear, beginner-friendly guidance in a no-pressure environment.

Join local industry professionals for an approachable conversation on first-time homebuyer tips, loan programs including down payment assistance, and how to get successfully pre-approved. Title/escrow insight will also be included, with time to ask questions directly.

The first hour will feature the seminar presentation, followed by optional Q&A and networking time afterward. Food will be provided.

Registration is required, and seating is limited to 22 attendees. The first 3 attendees through the door will also receive a surprise gift.
