The 1st Saturday of June July August and September (weather permitting) the GTA CE-5 Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/gtace5initiative) is hosting a free public CE-5 Meditation.
Please read all the posts within the Discussion section of the event (https://www.facebook.com/share/zSBqS1Gq2N27cmDM/?mibextid=9l3rBW) as they contain all the information you need.
These are not family events. Anyone is welcome who is of the age they are studying spirituality and engage in meditation. There will be periods of quiet self reflection and a noise free environment is required.
It is a 500m walk from the parking lot to the meditation spot. It's a rapid incline of about 100m so pace yourself. It's paved so it's a safe walk. You are required to carry your own gear out and back so this event might not be for those with mobility issues unfortunately?

1. 8:30pm deadline to arrive
2. 8:45pm Opening Ceremony
3. 8:50pm Quiet The Mind Breathing
3. 8:55pm - 9:16pm CTS Meditation (21 min)
4. 9:16pm - 9:21pm Quiet self reflection.
5. 9:21pm to 9:42pm CE-5 Meditation (21 min)
6. 9:42pm - ? Socializing & sky watching.
