This is a fun, high energy exercise we can all look forward to every month and it doesn't cost you anything but a smile and good vibes!

Coach Val & Coach Zac will lead a dynamic warmup followed by an easy-to-follow bodyweight workout. We'll have modifications for every movement so everyone can move and sweat with confidence.

What to bring: water, a towel, and a positive attitude.

Show up as you are. Leave better. We will provide pre-workout, post-workout protein shakes and some yummy treats.
