#Segments
Individual Segments -
1) Environment Olympiad
This is a written exam on environmental science. Students from all categories will participate in this olympiad. This is an individual segment. The total marks will be 200 marks for the olympiad. To be eligible for the prize, a competitor must score at least 80% in the olympiad. Out of all the contestants who will get 160 marks or more, the best 10 from each category will be considered among them for the prize. One hour and thirty minutes will be given for the olympiad. Calculator is allowed.

2) PowerPoint Presentation
This is a PowerPoint presentation competition. Students from the Secondary, Higher Secondary & Senior categories can participate in this segment. From each category, the best three presentations will be rewarded. This is an individual segment.

3) Turn The Coat Debate
A Turn the Coat Debate is a style of debate in which an individual is allotted a certain amount of time to speak on a given motion.
The debater has to divide the time allotted to them into equal halves wherein they speak for the motion in the first half and then, halfway through, they go against the very same thing.
Students from the Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary & Senior categories can participate in this segment. From each category, the best three participants will be rewarded. This is an individual segment.
Motion Topic:
Junior - Animals, like humans, should have rights
Secondary - Plastics should be banned worldwide
Higher Secondary - Sustainable development should be included in the curriculum
University - Is ecotourism a sustainable practice?
Each participant will get four minutes. So it has to be two minutes of speaking in favor of the motion and the other two against it, as the allotted time is four (04) minutes.
The very reason why it’s called "Turn The Coat Debate" is that you change your stance midway through your speech, turning away 180° from the place you set yourself in the discourse.
4) Contextual Speech
Students from the Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary, and Senior categories will participate in this segment. From each category, the best three participants will be rewarded. This is an individual segment. Each participant will only be given three (03) minutes.
Speech Topic:
Junior - Green House Effect on Wildlife
Secondary - The necessity of Green Building Technology in Bangladesh
Higher Secondary - Plastic Recycle – A New Way of Production
University - Renewable Energy in Bangladesh
The speech should be given in either Bengali or English. It is better not to mix both languages in speech.
Judges will select the winner depending on the style of speech, presentation, data, relevancy to the topic, etc.
5) Case Solving Competition
Students from the Secondary, Higher Secondary & Senior categories will participate in this segment. From each category, the best three ideas will be rewarded. This is an individual segment.
We will provide the topic on the spot 10 minutes before the segment. We will provide any environmental issues that need proper solutions. Participants have to provide the best solution to solve the problem.
6) Crossword Puzzle Solving.
Students from all categories will participate in this segment. From each category, the best three participants will be awarded. This is an individual segment.
The topics of the crossword game will be environment-related.
7) Painting Contest
Students from all categories will participate in this segment. From each category, the best three participants will be rewarded. This is an individual segment.
Only drawing paper (cartridge paper) will be provided by the organizing committee for painting. Participants must bring their own painting equipment. They will get only 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the painting.

Terms and Conditions for Environment Photography Contest:
i. The photograph must be the sole work of the participant. By participating, the participant confirms that the photograph does not infringe on any person or entity's copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, privacy and publicity rights, or intellectual property rights, and that no other party has any right, title, or claim to the photograph. IF YOUTHPRENEUR NETWORK & ENVIRONMENT WATCH, BUET find out that the photo given by the participant belongs to someone else, then he/she will be banned from the carnival.
ii. If the photo contains any obscene, provocative, defamatory, violent or sexual subject, objectionable, or inappropriate content, the photo will be banned, and any photos submitted by the participant will be rejected.
Group Segment -
9) Environment Quiz
Competitors in the Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary and Senior categories will be able to participate in this segment.
Questions will be asked about various issues related to the environment. The environment quiz will be held in two rounds. In the first round, there will be a written test of 100 marks. A time limit of 30 minutes will be set. The question will be asked in the MCQ method.
Every team needs to score at least 80 points to pass from the first round to the second round. From the first round, the best 6 teams will be selected for the second round (Buzzer Round).
From the second round, the best 2 teams from each category will be considered for the award.
10) Wall Magazine
Competitors in the Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary and Senior categories will be able to participate in this segment.
The standard size for wall magazines is 5'x4 '. However, if anyone wants to submit a wall magazine smaller or larger than the standard size, they can do so. The wall magazines must be submitted to the reporting booth on the first day of the carnival. No wall magazine will be submitted on the second day of the carnival. No specific topic has been set for the wall magazine, but the topic must be related to the environment. Otherwise, the wall magazine will not be accepted.
Full Marks of the wall magazine – 100. Marking will be based on the title, editorial, creativity, use of color, design, presentation, subject, information, data, handwriting, etc.
11) Scrapbook
Competitors in the Junior, Secondary and Higher Secondary categories will be able to participate in this segment.
The scrapbook must be submitted to the reporting booth on the first day of the carnival. No scrapbooks will be accepted on the second day of the carnival. No specific topic has been set for the scrapbook, but the topics must be related to the environment. Otherwise, the scrapbook will not be accepted.
Full Marks of the scrap book – 100. Marking will be based on the title, creativity, use of color, design, presentation, subject, information, data, handwriting, etc.
12) Project Display
Competitors in the Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary and Senior categories will be able to participate in this segment.
The project must be submitted at the time of reporting on the first day of the carnival. No projects will be received on the second day.
Full Marks for the Project: 100 Marking will be based on problem issues, innovation, solutions, functionality, presentation, data and research, impact, cost, sustainability, scalability, etc.
13) Green Business Idea Contest
This is a business idea presentation contest where participants have to present their business ideas that are eco-friendly and use sustainable and recycled materials to make their products.
Students from the Higher Secondary & Senior categories will participate in this segment. From each category, the best three ideas will be rewarded. This is a group segment.
Total contest points: 100. Marking will be based on new ideas, innovation, functionality, sustainability, presentation, data and research, impact, cost, profit, etc.
14) Short Film Making Contest
This is a short film making contest. We will provide the theme of the short film. Students from the higher secondary and senior categories will participate in this segment. From this category, the best three films will be rewarded. This is a group segment.
In this event, you have to submit your short film before the event and it will be shown at the venue. The prize for the short film will be given to the director and assistant director.
Theme:
Awareness of environmental pollution
✓ Submission Criteria
• The Short Film must have been completed and submitted on or before August 13, 2022, to be in the competition.
• Only the Director or Assistant Director of the Short Film can send the entry to the carnival.
• Entries MUST be playable on common media players. Carnival Management will not be responsible if a film is not screened due to a problem with the DVD format. Common formats such as MP4, MOV and AVI files are recommended.
• The maximum time limit is more than 10 minutes. There is no minimum running time.
• The short film can be in Bengali or English. If the language is English, there should be subtitles in Bangla. If the language is Bangla, there should be subtitles in English.
• Films, once selected and submitted for final screening, will not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances until the carnival is over.
✓ Legal Implications:
• Short films that are submitted must be the entrants’ original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties.
• By entering the carnival, the entrant agrees that the authorities will not be held liable for any copyright infringements perpetrated by you or your short film.
• Contestants agree that they have obtained all required permissions regarding music, sound and/or images presented in your short film.
• Youthpreneur Network & Environment Watch, BUET reserves the right to not screen any film(s) for any reason it deems valid at any given point of time after submission.
• Entrants will retain all ownership rights to their films submitted.
• IF THE FILM INCLUDES ANY OBSCENE, PROVOCATIVE, DEFAMATORY, VIOLENCE OR SEXUAL SUBJECT, OBJECTIONABLE, INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT THEN THE FILM WILL BE BANNED AND ANY FILM FROM THE PARTCIPANT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE IN THIS EVENT.
✓ Submission PROCESS:
1. After uploading your films to Google Drive, send the link to [email protected]
with the following information: Film Title/Language/Duration/Director's Name/Assistant Director's Name/Synopsis/Mobile Number/E-Mail ID Films submitted through Google Drive must NOT be deleted from the drive until the carnival is over.
2. After the submission deadline is over, we will post the selected films according to the film criteria given above.

In the case of group segments, all the members of a group must belong to the same category and the same educational institution. All members of a team can be of different classes. But that class must be included in the mentioned category.
A group can have a maximum of 3 members. However, if you want, you can participate with a group of 2 people. A name must be fixed for each team.
In special cases, if a contestant thinks that he/she can compete with other teams by participating in the group segment alone, then he/she can register for the group segment individually.
Open Segment -
15) Workshops & Seminars:
There will be seminars and workshops on the following themes, which will be open to all:

-Recycling Products & Business Opportunities
-Nature & Wildlife Photography
-Climate Game
16) Museu Bus (Mobile Science Museum):
The National Museum of Science and Technology will be hosting a mobile science museum—The Museu Bus Exhibition—which will be open to all.
#Registration_Procedure
Registration fee: 350 BDT only
With a registration fee of BDT 350, a contestant can participate in all the segments according to his/her category except the Simulator Games & Photography Contest.
Registration can be done both online and offline.
For simulator games, you have to pay 50 BDT–100 BDT based on the game type. But there is no need for pre-registration for this segment. You can register for this segment on the spot by paying the fee at the gaming booth and playing the games. The highest scorers will get gift hampers from the organizers.
For the Photography Contest, if your photo is selected, then you will need to pay an extra 500 BDT per selected photo via the following methods. You will be given your frame and certificate at the end of the exhibition.
Registration closes on August 13, 2022 (10 p.m.).
#Rules_for_registration:
1) Online Registration Procedure–
First, you have to send the registration fee to our official merchant number.

When sending fees, you have to select the 'Payment' option without selecting the 'Send Money' option.

If any of the transaction apps asks for a counter number, then type '1'.
After sending the fee, you need to save the 'Transaction ID' (TrxID) of that transaction and the number from which the fee was sent.
When submitting your information in the form provided for online registration, you must specify the transaction ID of the registration fee and the number from which the fee was sent in the option mentioned in the form. Then the registration will be completed.
Note that if you do not enter the reference code in the 'Payment' option while sending the fee or if you type incorrectly, the payment will not be accepted.
Registration will not be accepted if you don't mention the correct transaction ID and the transaction number in the registration form.

2) Offline Registration Procedure
(1) - Registration can be completed by coming directly to our office and filling out the form and submitting the registration fee.
(2) - Registration can be completed by filling out the form given directly to any of our Volunteers/Campus Directors by paying the registration fee.
(3) - We will send invitation letters and registration forms to 150+ educational institutions. Registration can be completed by filling up the form given to the authority/responsible teacher/club authority of the respective educational institution and paying the registration fee.
#Other_Rules
1. On the day of the competition, each student has to come wearing his/her institutional uniform and keep his/her ID card with him/her.
2. Must be present at the venue at least one hour before the start of the event.
3. No registration will be accepted without a registration fee.
4. Calculator can be used.
5. The last date of registration is August 13, 2022 (10 PM). After that, no more registrations will be accepted.
6. Everyone will be sent an admit card by e-mail after the end of the registration period. The admit card has to be printed and brought along on the day of the competition.
#For all the reasons that the registration will be considered canceled -
1. If you provide false information about yourself in the online/offline form, the registration will be considered canceled.
2. Providing fake transaction IDs and fake transaction numbers during online registration, the registration will be considered canceled.
3. On the day of the event, in the case of any misconduct in the examination or any other segment, and if any mobile or electric device is used during the examination, registration will be considered canceled.
4.If you create any disturbance in the venue on the day of the event, if you carry any kind of firearm, cigarettes, or any intoxicating substances with you, your registration will be considered canceled.
5. If a student behaves in a disrespectful manner towards a student of his own educational institution or any other educational institution, the student's registration will be considered canceled.
6. If a student commits any mental or physical abuse, teasing, or sexual harassment against another student, his/her registration will be considered canceled.
7. It is mandatory to wear a mask all the time. If someone does not wear a mask, their registration will be considered canceled.
8. If a student damages any property of the event, his registration will be considered canceled.
9. If a student steals or embezzles any assets of the event, his registration will be considered canceled.
10. Any student or parent who uses social media or any other means before, after, or during the event to make a negative comment or statement about the event, the organizing authority, or the venue authority, and/or lies, will have their registration canceled.
If any participant is found guilty of any of the above, he/she will be forced to leave the venue. In this case, the organizing authorities and the venue authorities will take legal action against the student if necessary.
#Rewards
1. The best 3 candidates or best 3 teams from each category will be awarded in each segment except the "Environment Quiz" and "Environment Olympiad" segments. Only the best ten participants from each category of the 'Environment Olympiad' segment and the best two teams from each category of the 'Environment Quiz' segment will be awarded. Medals and certificates will be awarded as prizes.
2. Every participant will also be given a certificate of participation.

১) পরিবেশ অলিম্পিয়াড
এটি পরিবেশ বিজ্ঞানের উপর একটি লিখিত পরীক্ষা। এই অলিম্পিয়াডে সকল ক্যাটাগরির শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশগ্রহণ করবে। এটি একটি একক বিভাগ। অলিম্পিয়াডের জন্য মোট নম্বর হবে ২০০ নম্বর। পুরস্কারের জন্য যোগ্য হতে, একজন প্রতিযোগীকে অলিম্পিয়াডে কমপক্ষে ৮০% স্কোর করতে হবে। যে সমস্ত প্রতিযোগী ১৬০ নম্বর বা তার বেশি নম্বর পাবেন, তাঁদের মধ্যে প্রতিটি বিভাগ থেকে সেরা ১০ জনকে পুরস্কারের জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে। অলিম্পিয়াডের জন্য এক ঘণ্টা ত্রিশ মিনিট সময় দেওয়া হবে। ক্যালকুলেটর ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

৩) টার্ন দ্যা কোট বিতর্ক
টার্ন দ্যা কোট বিতর্ক হল যেখানে একজন ব্যক্তিকে প্রথমে বিষয়ের পক্ষে কথা বলতে হবে। তারপর একই বিষয়ের বিপক্ষে বলতে হবে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের ভিতরে।
জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হাইয়ার সেকেন্ডারি এবং সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির শিক্ষার্থীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। প্রতিটি বিভাগ থেকে, সেরা তিন অংশগ্রহণকারীকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। এটি একটি একক সেগমেন্ট।
বিতর্কের বিষয়:
জুনিয়র - মানুষের মতো প্রাণীদেরও অধিকার থাকা উচিত।
সেকেন্ডারি - বিশ্বব্যাপী প্লাস্টিক নিষিদ্ধ করা উচিত।
হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি - টেকসই উন্নয়ন পাঠ্যসূচিতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে হবে।
স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর - ইকোট্যুরিজম কি একটি টেকসই চর্চা?
প্রত্যেক অংশগ্রহণকারী চার মিনিট করে পাবে। সুতরাং প্রস্তাবের পক্ষে দুই মিনিট এবং বিপক্ষে দুই মিনিট কথা বলতে হবে, কারণ বরাদ্দকৃত সময় চার (০৪) মিনিট।
৪) নির্ধারিত বক্তৃতা
জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি এবং সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির শিক্ষার্থীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। প্রতিটি বিভাগ থেকে, সেরা তিন অংশগ্রহণকারীকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। এটি একটি একক সেগমেন্ট। প্রত্যেক অংশগ্রহণকারীকে মাত্র তিন (০৩) মিনিট সময় দেওয়া হবে।
বক্তৃতার বিষয়:
জুনিয়র - বন্যপ্রাণীর উপর গ্রিন হাউসের প্রভাব।
সেকেন্ডারী - বাংলাদেশে গ্রীন বিল্ডিং প্রযুক্তির প্রয়োজনীয়তা।
হায়ার সেকেন্ডারী- প্লাস্টিক রিসাইকেল - উৎপাদনের একটি নতুন উপায়।
স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর - বাংলাদেশে নবায়নযোগ্য শক্তি
বক্তৃতা দিতে হবে বাংলা বা ইংরেজিতে। বক্তৃতায় উভয় ভাষার মিশ্রণ না করাই ভালো।
বিচারকরা বক্তৃতা, উপস্থাপনা, তথ্য, বিষয়ের প্রাসঙ্গিকতা ইত্যাদির উপর নির্ভর করে বিজয়ীদের নির্বাচন করবেন।
৫) কেস সমাধান প্রতিযোগিতা
সেকেন্ডারি, হাইয়ার সেকেন্ডারি এবং সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির শিক্ষার্থীরা এই বিভাগে অংশগ্রহণ করবে। প্রতিটি বিভাগ থেকে, সেরা তিনটি ধারণাকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। এটি একটি একক সেগমেন্ট।

সব বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। প্রতিটি বিভাগ থেকে, সেরা তিন অংশগ্রহণকারীকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। এটি একটি একক সেগমেন্ট।
আয়োজক কমিটি পেইন্টিংয়ের জন্য শুধুমাত্র ড্রয়িং পেপার (কার্টিজ পেপার) প্রদান করবে। অংশগ্রহণকারীদের তাদের নিজস্ব পেইন্টিং সরঞ্জাম আনতে হবে। তারা পেইন্টিং সম্পূর্ণ করতে মাত্র ১ ঘন্টা ৩০ মিনিট পাবেন।

১. একজন অংশগ্রহণকারী সর্বোচ্চ ৫ টি ছবি জমা দিতে পারবেন।
২. ছবির লম্বা দিকে ৩,০০০ পিক্সেল হতে হবে (সর্বনিম্ন)।

এনভায়রনমেন্ট ফটোগ্রাফি প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলীঃ
ক) ফটোগ্রাফি অবশ্যই অংশগ্রহণকারীর নিজস্ব কাজ হতে হবে। অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে, অংশগ্রহণকারী নিশ্চিত করে যে ফটোগ্রাফটি কোনও ব্যক্তি বা সত্তার কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক, নৈতিক অধিকার, গোপনীয়তা এবং প্রচারের অধিকার, বা বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তির অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে না এবং অন্য কোনও পক্ষের ফটোগ্রাফের কোনও অধিকার, শিরোনাম বা দাবি থাকবে না। যদি কর্তৃপক্ষ জানতে পারে যে অংশগ্রহণকারীর দেওয়া ছবি অন্য কারোর, তাহলে তাকে প্রতিযোগিতা থেকে নিষিদ্ধ করা হবে।
খ) ফটোতে কোনো অশ্লীল, উস্কানিমূলক, মানহানিকর, হিংসাত্মক বা যৌন বিষয়, আপত্তিকর বা অনুপযুক্ত বিষয়বস্তু থাকলে, ছবিটি নিষিদ্ধ করা হবে এবং অংশগ্রহণকারীর জমা দেওয়া সকল ছবি প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হবে।

৯) পরিবেশ কুইজ
জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি এবং সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
পরিবেশ সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে প্রশ্ন করা হবে। পরিবেশ কুইজ দুই রাউন্ডে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। প্রথম রাউন্ডে ১০০ নম্বরের লিখিত পরীক্ষা হবে। ৩০ মিনিটের একটি সময়সীমা দেওয়া হবে। এমসিকিউ পদ্ধতিতে প্রশ্ন করা হবে।
প্রথম রাউন্ড থেকে দ্বিতীয় রাউন্ডে যেতে প্রতিটি দলকে কমপক্ষে ৮০ পয়েন্ট স্কোর করতে হবে। প্রথম রাউন্ড থেকে সেরা ৬ টি দলকে বাছাই করা হবে দ্বিতীয় রাউন্ডের (বাজার রাউন্ড) জন্য।
দ্বিতীয় রাউন্ড থেকে, প্রতিটি বিভাগ থেকে সেরা ২ দল পুরস্কারের জন্য বিবেচিত হবে।
১০) ওয়াল ম্যাগাজিন
জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি এবং সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
ওয়াল ম্যাগাজিন এর জন্য আদর্শ আকার হল ৫'x৪'। তবে, কেউ যদি মানসম্মত আকারের চেয়ে ছোট বা বড় একটি দেয়াল পত্রিকা জমা দিতে চান, তারা তা করতে পারেন। প্রতিযোগিতার প্রথম দিনে দেয়াল পত্রিকা রিপোর্টিং বুথে জমা দিতে হবে। প্রতিযোগিতার দ্বিতীয় দিনে কোনো দেয়াল পত্রিকা জমা নেওয়া হবে না। দেয়াল পত্রিকার জন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট বিষয় নির্ধারণ করা হয়নি, তবে বিষয় অবশ্যই পরিবেশের সাথে সম্পর্কিত হতে হবে। অন্যথায় দেয়াল পত্রিকা গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
দেয়াল পত্রিকার সম্পূর্ণ মার্কস – ১০০। মার্কিং হবে শিরোনাম, সম্পাদকীয়, সৃজনশীলতা, রঙের ব্যবহার, নকশা, উপস্থাপনা, বিষয়, তথ্য, উপাত্ত, হাতের লেখা ইত্যাদির উপর ভিত্তি করে।
১১) স্ক্র্যাপবুক
জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি এবং হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
প্রতিযোগিতার প্রথম দিনে স্ক্র্যাপবুক রিপোর্টিং বুথে জমা দিতে হবে। প্রতিযোগিতার দ্বিতীয় দিনে কোনো স্ক্র্যাপবুক গ্রহণ করা হবে না। স্ক্র্যাপবুকের জন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট বিষয় নির্ধারণ করা হয়নি, তবে বিষয়গুলি অবশ্যই পরিবেশের সাথে সম্পর্কিত হতে হবে। অন্যথায়, স্ক্র্যাপবুক গ্রহণ করা হবে না.
স্ক্র্যাপ বইয়ের সম্পূর্ণ মার্কস – ১০০। মার্কিং শিরোনাম, সৃজনশীলতা, রঙের ব্যবহার, নকশা, উপস্থাপনা, বিষয়, তথ্য, তথ্য, হাতের লেখা ইত্যাদির উপর ভিত্তি করে করা হবে।

প্রজেক্টের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ মার্কস: ১০০। সমস্যা, উদ্ভাবন, সমাধান, কার্যকারিতা, উপস্থাপনা, ডেটা এবং গবেষণা, প্রভাব, খরচ, স্থায়িত্ব, মাপযোগ্যতা ইত্যাদির উপর ভিত্তি করে মার্কিং করা হবে।
১৩) গ্রিন বিজনেস আইডিয়া প্রতিযোগিতা
একটি ব্যবসায়িক ধারণা উপস্থাপনা প্রতিযোগিতা, যেখানে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের তাদের ব্যবসায়িক ধারণা উপস্থাপন করতে হবে যা পরিবেশ বান্ধব এবং তাদের পণ্য তৈরি করতে টেকসই এবং পুনর্ব্যবহারযোগ্য উপকরণ ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক ও সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির শিক্ষার্থীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। প্রতিটি ক্যাটাগরি থেকে, সেরা তিনটি ধারণাকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। এটি একটি গ্রুপ সেগমেন্ট।
মোট প্রতিযোগিতার পয়েন্ট: ১০০। নতুন ধারণা, উদ্ভাবন, কার্যকারিতা, স্থায়িত্ব, উপস্থাপনা, তথ্য এবং গবেষণা, প্রভাব, খরচ, লাভ ইত্যাদির উপর ভিত্তি করে চিহ্নিত করা হবে।
১৪) শর্ট ফিল্ম মেকিং কনটেস্ট
এটি একটি স্বল্পদৈর্ঘ্য চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণ প্রতিযোগিতা। উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক ও সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির শিক্ষার্থীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করবে। এই সেগমেন্ট থেকে সেরা তিনটি চলচ্চিত্রকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। এটি একটি গ্রুপ সেগমেন্ট।
এই ইভেন্টে, আপনাকে ইভেন্টের আগে আপনার শর্ট ফিল্ম জমা দিতে হবে এবং এটি ভেন্যুতে দেখানো হবে। স্বল্পদৈর্ঘ্য চলচ্চিত্রের জন্য পুরস্কার দেওয়া হবে পরিচালক ও সহকারী পরিচালককে।

• প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নেওয়ার জন্য শর্ট ফিল্মটি অবশ্যই ১৩ অগাস্ট, ২০২২ বা তার আগে জমা দিতে হবে।
• শুধুমাত্র স্বল্পদৈর্ঘ্য চলচ্চিত্রের পরিচালক বা সহকারী পরিচালক প্রতিযোগিতায় পাঠাতে পারবেন।
• এন্ট্রিগুলি অবশ্যই সাধারণ মিডিয়া প্লেয়ারগুলিতে প্লে করার যোগ্য হতে হবে৷ ইভেন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট দায়ী থাকবে না যদি ডিভিডি ফরম্যাটের সমস্যার কারণে কোনো ফিল্ম প্রদর্শিত না হয়। সাধারণ ফরম্যাট যেমন MP4, MOV এবং AVI ফাইল ব্যবহার করার জন্য পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
• সর্বোচ্চ সময়সীমা ১০ মিনিটের বেশি। কোন ন্যূনতম সময়সীমা নেই।
• শর্ট ফিল্ম বাংলা বা ইংরেজি হতে পারে। ভাষা ইংরেজি হলে বাংলায় সাবটাইটেল থাকতে হবে। ভাষা বাংলা হলে ইংরেজিতে সাবটাইটেল থাকতে হবে।
• ফিল্মগুলি, একবার নির্বাচিত এবং চূড়ান্ত স্ক্রীনিংয়ের জন্য জমা দেওয়া হলে, প্রতিযোগিতা শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত কোনও পরিস্থিতিতে প্রত্যাহার করার অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে না।
✓ আইনি প্রভাব:
• জমা দেওয়া শর্ট ফিল্মগুলি অবশ্যই প্রবেশকারীদের মৌলিক কাজ হতে হবে এবং কোনও কপিরাইট বা কোনও তৃতীয় পক্ষের অন্য কোনও অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করবে না৷
• প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে, প্রতিযোগি সম্মত হন যে কর্তৃপক্ষ আপনার বা আপনার শর্ট ফিল্ম দ্বারা সংঘটিত কোনো কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘনের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
• প্রতিযোগীরা সম্মত হন যে তারা আপনার শর্ট ফিল্মে উপস্থাপিত মিউজিক, সাউন্ড এবং/অথবা ছবি সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমতি পেয়েছেন।
• ইয়ুথপ্রেনার নেটওয়ার্ক এবং এনভায়রনমেন্ট ওয়াচ, বুয়েট চলচ্চিত্র(গুলো) কোন কারনে স্ক্রিনিং না করানোর অধিকার রাখে।
• প্রতিযোগিতার তাদের জমা দেওয়া চলচ্চিত্রের সমস্ত মালিকানা অধিকার বজায় রাখবে।
• যদি চলচ্চিত্রটিতে কোনো অশ্লীল, উত্তেজক, মানহানিকর, সহিংসতা বা যৌন বিষয়, আপত্তিকর, অনুপযুক্ত বিষয়বস্তু অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে তাহলে চলচ্চিত্রটি নিষিদ্ধ করা হবে এবং কোনো ফিল্ম উপযুক্ত হবে না।
✓ জমা দেওয়ার প্রক্রিয়া:
১. আপনার ফিল্ম গুলো গুগল ড্রাইভে আপলোড করার পরে, [email protected]এ লিঙ্ক পাঠান
নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য সহ: চলচ্চিত্রের শিরোনাম/ভাষা/ফিল্মের দৈর্ঘ্য/পরিচালকের নাম/সহকারী পরিচালকের নাম/সারসংক্ষেপ/মোবাইল নম্বর/ই-মেইল আইডি গুগল ড্রাইভের মাধ্যমে জমা দেওয়া চলচ্চিত্রগুলি প্রতিযোগিতা শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ড্রাইভ থেকে মুছে ফেলবেন না৷
২. জমা দেওয়ার সময়সীমা শেষ হওয়ার পরে, আমরা উপরে প্রদত্ত চলচ্চিত্রের মানদণ্ড অনুসারে নির্বাচিত চলচ্চিত্রগুলি পোস্ট করব।

গ্রুপ সেগমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে, একটি গ্রুপের সকল সদস্যকে অবশ্যই একই ক্যাটাগরির এবং একই শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে হবে। একটি দলের সকল সদস্য বিভিন্ন শ্রেণীর হতে পারে। কিন্তু সেই অবশ্যই উল্লেখিত ক্যাটাগরির অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে হবে।
একটি গ্রুপে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ জন সদস্য থাকতে পারে। তবে আপনি চাইলে ২ জনের একটি গ্রুপ নিয়ে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারেন। প্রতিটি দলের জন্য একটি নাম নির্ধারণ করা আবশ্যক।
বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে, যদি একজন প্রতিযোগী মনে করেন যে তিনি একা গ্রুপ সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করে অন্য দলের সাথে প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা করতে পারেন, তাহলে তিনি পৃথকভাবে গ্রুপ বিভাগে নিবন্ধন করতে পারেন।
১৫) এছাড়াও থাকবে পরিবেশ বিষয়ক একটি সেমিনার যা সকলের জন্য উন্মুক্ত ।

সেক্ষেত্রে দলভিত্তিক কোন সেগমেন্ট এ অংশ নিতে প্রতি প্রতিযোগী ৩৫০ করে দলের জন্য মোট ১,০৫০ টাকা জমা দিতে হবে ।
রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা যাবে অনলাইনে এবং অফলাইনে উভয় পদ্ধতিতেই ।

ফি পাঠানোর সময় 'সেন্ড মানি' অপশন সিলেক্ট না করে 'পেমেন্ট' অপশন সিলেক্ট করতে হবে ।
রেফারেন্স দিতে হবে - 1NEC, কাউন্টার দিতে হবে - 1
ফি পাঠানোর পর সেই ট্রানজেকশন এর 'ট্রানজেকশন আইডি (TrxID)' এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হয়েছে সে নাম্বারটি সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে ।
অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশনের জন্য প্রদত্ত ফর্ম এ নিজের তথ্য গুলো প্রদান করার সময় ফর্ম এ উল্লেখিত অপশন এ রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি এর সেই ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হয়েছে সেটি উল্লেখ করতে হবে ।
তাহলেই রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন হয়ে যাবে ।
উল্লেখ্য যে, ফি পাঠানোর সময় 'পেমেন্ট' অপশনে রেফারেন্স কোড না লিখলে/ভুল লিখলে সেই পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।

অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি (২) - সরাসরি আমাদের কোন স্বেচ্ছাসেবক/ক্যাম্পাস ডিরেক্টর কাছে প্রদত্ত ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে ।
অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি (৩) - আমরা ১০০ টি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে দাওয়াত পত্র এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফর্ম পাঠাবো । নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্তৃপক্ষ/ দায়িত্ব প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষক/ক্লাব কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট প্রদত্ত ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে ।
#অন্যান্য_নিয়মাবলীঃ
১) প্রতিযোগিতার দিন প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে তার নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত পোশাক পরিধান করে আসতে হবে এবং সাথে পরিচয়পত্র (আইডি কার্ড) সাথে রাখতে হবে ।
২) অনুষ্ঠান শুরুর কমপক্ষে এক ঘণ্টা আগে ভেন্যুতে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে ।
৩) রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ছাড়া কোন রেজিস্ট্রেশন গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।
৪) স্পট রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর কোন ব্যবস্থা থাকবেনা ।
৫) রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর সময় শেষ হবার পর সবাইকে ই-মেইলে একটি প্রবেশ পত্র পাঠানো হবে । প্রবেশ পত্রটি প্রিন্ট করে প্রতিযোগিতার দিন সাথে আনতে হবে ।
#যে_সকল_কারণে_রেজিস্ট্রেশন_বাতিল_বলে_গন্য_হবে
১) অনলাইন/অফলাইন ফর্মে নিজের সম্পর্কে মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
২) অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় ভুয়া ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং ভুয়া নাম্বার প্রদান করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৩) ইভেন্ট এর দিন পরীক্ষায় বা অন্য কোন সেগমেন্ট এ কোন অসদুপায় অবলম্বন করলে এবং পরীক্ষার হলে কোন মোবাইল কিংবা ইলেকট্রিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৪) ইভেন্ট এর দিন ভেন্যুতে কোন বিশৃঙ্খলা সৃষ্টি করলে, নিজের সাথে কোন প্রকার আগ্নেয়াস্ত্র, সিগারেট বা কোন নেশা জাতীয় দ্রব্য বহন করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৫) নিজ বা অন্য কোন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোন শিক্ষার্থীর প্রতি অসম্মানজনক আচরণ করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৬) কোন ছেলে/মেয়ে শিক্ষার্থীর প্রতি মানসিক বা শারীরিক কোন অত্যাচার করলে, টিজ করলে, যৌন হয়রানিতে সম্পৃক্ততা থাকলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৭) পুরো সময় মাস্ক পরিধান করা বাধ্যতামূলক
