1st Fridays: A Community that Cares

As of January 17th, the wildfires in LA County have claimed at least 27 lives, destroyed more than 12,000 structures, and have displaced close to 200,000 people. Yet, in the face of this devasting crisis we remaim SoCal Strong!

Please join us at Mon Ami in Santa Monica to help bring our community together, raise proceeds for the California Community Foundation (CCF) Wildfire Recovery Fund, and collect toys and children books for our family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and everyone impacted by the SoCal Fires.

CCF has a long history of making a direct and meaningful impact on individuals and families in need, ensuring that support reaches those most affected. Since 2003, the CCF Wildfire Recovery Fund has provided over $30 million to communities affected by disasters. CCF ensures that resources reach those most in need, leveraging partnerships with community-based organizations and government agencies while using data from CalFire and the CDC’s Social Vulnerability Index to prioritize underserved communities.

For every donation of $25.00 or new toy and children's book of equal value, each donor will receive 1 specialty cocktail at the event. For every donation of $50.00+ each donor will be able to access the Meze Bar 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
