Please join our free community workshop designed to help children and families build focus, discipline, and mental resilience in today’s distracted world. Through simple breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and age-appropriate lessons inspired by martial arts principles, participants will learn practical tools for attention, goal-setting, and self-regulation.
