The purpose of the prayer breakfast is to commemorate Black History Month by convening black civic, faith and community leaders to affirm our shared interest in a healthy and thriving black community.
The program will include special remarks from Honorable Governor Kate Brown, community speakers, music, performing arts and a tribute presentation to black civic and community leaders for their lifetime service.
COVID-19 protocols will be in place based on recommendations from the Oregon Health Authority.
