1MFM Health Convention-PA Convetion Center

The 1MFM Community Health Fair is more than an event—it’s a celebration of wellness, education, and community care.

Held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, during the same week as the 1Million Families March for the Cure of Childhood Cancer, this vibrant convention brings together families, health experts, nonprofits, and vendors for a day of learning, connection, inspiration, and promotion of physical, mental, and emotional self-care.
