19th Annual LEGO Contest & Exhibit

Build your very own LEGO creation and display it at BMAC!
Design and build an original LEGO structure according to contest guidelines available below, or just drop by and check out the fantastic submissions on display October 8-12, 10-4.
New this year: Submit your LEGO stop-motion animation videos, and they will play during the exhibit.

Prizes for Creativity and Craftsmanship will be awarded in six age groups (supported by A2Z Science & Toys, Northampton):
* Preschool-K
* Grades 1-3
* Grades 4-6
* Grades 7-12
* Adult
* Adult/Child collaboration
Additionally, one spectacular submission will be designated Best in Show.
Special prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
* Best Vehicle, sponsored by Brattleboro Subaru
* Best Home or Building, sponsored by Foard Panel
* Best Use of Moving Parts, sponsored by Global Precision
* Best Use of Light or Color, sponsored by Chroma
Winners of Best in Show and the four special categories will receive $100 gift cards to the LEGO Store.
All prizes will be announced at an Awards Ceremony at the museum on Thursday, October 8, at 5:30 p.m. Entries will be on display at the museum Thursday October 8 through Monday October 12. Admission is pay as you wish.
NOTE: Entries must be delivered to the Brattleboro Museum & Art Center on Tuesday, October 6, between 4 and 6 p.m. See the entry form at the link above for more information. The entry form and $5 entry fee must be submitted in advance, before you drop off your work.
