A community panel discussion celebrating 50 year's since Adelaide's first "Proud Parade" in 1973, and 20 years since the first modern Pride March Adelaide in 2003.
Adelaide’s first queer “Proud Parade” was held in 1973 and is of great significance in our state’s proud LGBTIQA+ history. In 2023 we celebrate this historic 50th anniversary as well as 20 years of the modern Pride March Adelaide with an insightful and robust panel discussion about what Pride means.
Hosted by Pride Adelaide Chair, Neil Clegg, and featuring four diverse and queer South Australian activists – Will Sergeant, Charlotte Coulthard-Dare, Jenny Scott and Lorraine Tyler.
Complimentary tea, coffee and fairy bread. Bar & meals available. Entry by donation.
