Aged in vintage American Oak barrels previously used to age premium bourbon, resulting in complex flavors and a smooth, refined finish. We spent years sampling different barrels to ensure that our aging process resulted in the smoothest, most decadent flavor.

Sourced and produced by local families whose stories are rooted in the traditions and natural beauty of Mexico. Our agave farms have been owned by one family for four generations, and our distillery has only changed hands once in over 135 years."
