Ο Ευρωπαϊκός Σύνδεσμος Δασκάλων Κιθάρας (EGTA-Κύπρου) διοργανώνει τον 18ο Παγκύπριο Διαγωνισμό για Νεαρούς Κιθαρίστες στα πλαίσια του 20ου Φεστιβάλ Κιθάρας - EGTA Κύπρου που θα διεξαχθεί από τις 24 Απριλίου μέχρι την 26 Απριλίου του 2026. Ο διαγωνισμός θα διεξαχθεί την Κυριακή 26 Απριλίου 2026 στο Shoe Factory στη Λευκωσία. Παρακαλούμε όλους τους καθηγητές μουσικής όπως ενημερώσουν μαθητές που πιθανόν ενδιαφέρονται. Στο Διαγωνισμό μπορεί να λάβει μέρος οποιοσδήποτε Κύπριος ή κάτοικος Κύπρου (κατά τους τελευταίους 12 μήνες), που δεν υπερβαίνει το όριο ηλικίας που έχει τεθεί για την κάθε κατηγορία και που έχει δηλώσει συμμετοχή ως διαγωνιζόμενος. Ο Διαγωνισμός χωρίζεται σε πέντε κατηγορίες:
Κατηγορία Α – γεννημένοι την 1/1/2014 ή αργότερα.
Κατηγορία Β – γεννημένοι την 1/1/2011 ή αργότερα.
Κατηγορία Γ – γεννημένοι την 1/1/2008 ή αργότερα.
Κατηγορία Δ – γεννημένοι την 1/1/2001 ή αργότερα.
Κατηγορία Ε, σύνολα κιθαριστών (ντουέττα, τρίο, κτλ.). – αριθμός μελών συνόλου 2-12. Όλα τα μέλη του συνόλου πρέπει να είναι γεννημένοι την 1/1/2008 ή αργότερα. Το κάθε σύνολο πρέπει να έχει ένα όνομα και θα αντιμετωπίζεται ως ένας διαγωνιζόμενος. Τελευταία ημερομηνία δήλωσης συμμετοχής 10 Απριλίου 2026. Το ρεπερτόριο είναι ελεύθερο.
The European Guitar Teachers Association Cyprus (EGTA- Cyprus) announces the 18th Pancyprian Competition for Young Guitarists within the 20th Guitar Festival – EGTA Cyprus, which will take place from the 24th of April until the 26th of April of 2026. The competition will take place on Sunday the April 26th , 2026, at the Shoe Factory in Nicosia.
Plesse inform the students who are interested to participate in the competition. The Competition is open to any person, who comply with the age limit set for each category and who have registered as competitors, without restrictions of nationality, gender. For the solo categories A, B, C and D the winners of previous Pancyprian Competitions may only enter at a higher age category.
The Competition is divided into five categories:
Category A - born on 1 January 2014 or later.
Category B - born on 1 January 2011 or later.
Category C - born on 1 January 2008 or later.
Category D - born on 1 January 2001 or later.
Category E - guitar ensembles (duos, trios, etc.) - Minimum and maximum number of members for the ensemble is 2 and 12 respectively. All members of the ensemble must have been born on 1 January 2008 or later. Each ensemble should have a name and will be treated as one competitor.
Deadline for registrations is the 10th of April 2026. The repertoire is free of choice.
