The Reno Pops Orchestra is excited to announce its 18th Annual Solo and Concerto Festival, taking place on Saturday, April 4th in Room 144 of the University Foundation Arts Building at UNR. This festival is a wonderful opportunity for local musicians of all ages to showcase their talent, perform a solo or concerto, and receive valuable feedback from experienced adjudicators. Vocalists are also welcome to participate!Performances will be evaluated by some of the area’s top music professionals, and participants will receive adjudication forms and certificates. The overall winner of the concerto division will have the special honor of being featured in a future Reno Pops Orchestra concert.
This festival is part of the Reno Pops Orchestra’s community outreach, providing musicians with a chance to grow, learn, and connect with local music professionals.
