17th NYC Multicultural Festival Pt. I Registration: Vendors & Rentals

Join us at the NYC Multicultural Festival!

Day 1:

• Date: Saturday, June 6, 2025
• Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: Jackie Robinson Park Bandshell, 116 Bradhurst Ave. New York, NY 10039(Cross street: 148th Street and Bradhurst Avenue)

With Free Rentals (First-come, first-served)

• Retail Vendors: $80
• Food Vendors: $125 includes 10x10 raw space + free tent, table, and chair (if requirements are met).

Early Bird Vendor Space Only No Rentals Included (ENDS April 20th)

• Retail Vendors: $80
• Food Vendors: $125 includes 10x10 raw space only.You may bring your own setup or add rentals during registration.

• Retail Vendors: $100
• Food Vendors: $150 (See food regulations below!)Includes 10x10 raw space only.Rentals available for a fee during checkout.

• All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Commercial General Liability Insurance (NYC Parks requirement)
• Or optional festival-arranged insurance: $89 per person (if you cannot provide your own).
• Workers’ Compensation Exemption (Form CE-200)
• DOHMH Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate

• Permits: DOHMH Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit required.
• Food Handlers Certificate: Required for anyone serving food.
• Cooking Guidelines at Jackie Robinson Park:
• Vendors unload and carry items by hand; stairs present
• Bring your own fire extinguisher.
• Wrap burners fully in aluminum foil (including stands).
• Grilling allowed with a lid; pre-cooked food recommended.
• No generators or electricity provided.
• 🚫 Not Allowed: Open flames, propane, or gas grills.

1. Choose your category (Food Vendor, Retail Vendor, Sponsor, Social Services, etc.).
2. Select rental equipment (if needed) and add it to your order.
3. Complete registration by May 1st if rentals are required.
4. After approval, help promote the festival by sharing digital flyers and event info!

• Cultural Information Tabling: Festival performers only – promote your culture and recruit audiences.
