the705 is proud to host the 17th Annual Top 20 Under 40 Acadiana Leadership Awards, presented by Advancial Federal Credit Union!

the705's mission is to develop our community and members personally, professionally, and civically. In support of this, we honor 20 young leaders in Acadiana each year with the 20 Under 40 Award - recognizing those who have demonstrated a clear vision and true leadership in our community. Through this, we aim to celebrate their accomplishments and motivate other young leaders throughout Acadiana.

Since its inception, we've recognized 340 young leaders in Acadiana with the award. Nationally, the 20 Under 40 Awards are some of the most popular and prestigious honors given to local community and business leaders.

Event Attire: Semi-Formal to Formal

Event Timeline:

6:00 PM - Honoree VIP Reception (Honorees & Plus Ones Only)

6:15 PM - Welcome & Congratulations (Honorees & Plus Ones Only)

6:30 PM - Ballroom Opens for Guests

6:45 PM - Honoree Group Picture by Step-n-Repeat

7:15 PM - Dinner is Served

8:00 PM - Presentations Begin

9:30 PM - After Party w/ DJ

11:00 PM - Event Ends
