17th Annual Ready-Set Back 2 School Health & Wellness Fair

Kern County Child Support Services is hosting the 17th Annual Ready-Set Back 2 School Health & Wellness Fair at the Kern County Museum on Thursday, August 6th, 2026.

In recognition of Child Support Awareness month, our department fundraises to host a free event to support the families in our community.

Families are invited to join us at our free community event!

Bring your kids to receive a free backpack, school supplies & more!

Plus, we will have many of our community partners at our event providing:

Family-Friendly Fun,

Games & Activities

*Child must be present with adult,

*Child must be in grade K-12

*Limit of 1 backpack per child

*First come, first served
