Fellas, this a living history and battle recreation of the action that took place at the Slaughter Pen Farm during the larger engagement of the Battle of Fredericksburg. This event is being spearheaded by the Buck and Ball Living History Association and presents us with a great opportunity to accurately depict soldiers for the public. This will take place on the very ground preserved by the American Battlefield Trust and in turn the Nation Park Service. We will be portraying the 28th North Carolina State Troops as they engage Federal troops on the southern end of the battlefield.
