16 GUIDELINES LEVEL 2 NOVEMBER 15 & 16 2025

The 16 Guidelines Level 2, offered by the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCWhttps://compassionandwisdom.org/), is an advanced program designed to deepen both understanding and practical application of the Building Inner Strength – 16 Guidelines. Building on the foundation of Level 1, this workshop explores how to bring these universal human values into personal growth, social change, and community engagement. Participants will also discover how to integrate them into diverse settings such as education, healthcare, and the workplace.

Level 2 expands the experience of the 16 Guidelines’ potential through guided discussions, meditations, experiential activities, and reflection practices. Completion of Level 1 is a prerequisite.

Led by two experienced, accredited 16G facilitators— and —this workshop offers:

• A deeper understanding of the philosophical foundations of the 16 Guidelines.
• An exploration of mindfulness—both in theory and in practice.
• Insight into the methodologies that underpin the 16G reflections, experiential tools, and creative activities.
• An honest look at the “shadow side” of the Guidelines and how to work with it skillfully.
• Opportunities to connect with other 16G practitioners, exchange ideas, and share experiences at greater depth.
• A secular, universal framework that focuses on human values rather than religious doctrine.
• Practical inspiration to move beyond theory and take meaningful action for your community and the environment.
