15Yr ANNIVERSARY

Join us on Saturday, August 15 as we celebrate 15 years of creativity, entrepreneurship, and community! What began as a vision has grown into a vibrant home for 24 private work studios for creatives and entrepreneurs, a collaborative co-working space, and a contemporary art gallery that has become a gathering place for artists, makers, innovators, and small business owners. This special anniversary celebration is free and open to the public, inviting the entire community to experience the creativity that thrives within our walls.
Enjoy an afternoon of live music, delicious food and drinks, raffle prizes, a silent art auction featuring original works by local artists, and the rare opportunity to tour our resident work studios and meet the talented creatives behind them. This year's celebration also serves as a fundraising benefit for AIM Academy, a local nonprofit dedicated to educating, shaping, and strengthening the mindset of young entrepreneurs.
