The Seafood Festival is back! It will kick-off on Friday May 24 with the Chowder Challenge, hosted by the Northside Fire Department Association, at the Lund Firehall. This year the Chowder Challenge is followed by a dance, and yes, there will be beer, wine and cider at the event. Tickets will be available soon at the Powell River Tourism office and at Nancy’s Bakery.
On Saturday and Sunday, from 11-5, in the areas west and north of the Hotel, you’ll find booths offering delicious local food, all sorts of arts and craft, and local music.
On Sunday, from 8-10, join us at the Boardwalk Restaurant for a Pancake Breakfast.
Spread the word, come out for a great time, and help support our local fire department.
