🎗15 YEARS. COUNTLESS LIVES TOUCHED. ONE MORE FAMILY TO FIGHT FOR.🎗 For 15 years, the Louie Sr. & Diane Bailey Cancer & Poker Bike Run has rallied our community around families facing cancer and this year is no different.
Our 2026 recipient, Ruby, has been part of this fight since before she was even born. While her mom was pregnant, Ruby’s grandfather was battling cancer and genetic testing during his treatment uncovered a mutation that would later change their family’s life forever.
At just 16 months old, Ruby was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor. Though it was successfully removed, further testing revealed she and her mom both carry Li-Fraumeni Syndrome a rare hereditary condition requiring lifelong monitoring and screenings. Cancer has deeply shaped their story. But Ruby continues to shine with strength and resilience. Read her full story in the event page!
