The Department of East Tennessee Reenacting in association with the Battle of Blountville Military Park, and the Sullivan County Department of Archives and Tourism invite you to come out to the 159th Anniversary of the Battle of Blountville Civil War Reenactment. This weekend long history event will include authentic civil war camps, Infantry, Cavalry, Artillery, period displays, and exciting battles on both Saturday and Sunday.
Friday is scheduled for a free education day for area schools and home school groups and closed to the general public.
Admission on Saturday and Sunday is $3 Dollars for adults Ages 6 and under get in for free.

Artillery bounty is $150 for the first Registered and on the field 6 full scale authentic guns.
A bounty of $25 will be given to the first Registered and on field individual authenticity mounted cavalry trooper up to a maximum of 10 individuals is reached.
