Join us Sun. Aug. 18th for Training Run #2 for the 15 Hours of Fun race on Sat. September 28th, 2024! This is a free event and you do not have to be registered for the race to join us. We will 'lightly" mark the 10.3 mile loop and different pace groups will help you through! Please bring you own hydration and any food you want to practice with as there will not be aid stations. You can do a single loop, shortened loop or multiple loops. This is a great way to test out the course, meet fellow trail runners and get a great workout! We will start as close to 8am as possible, so please arrive a little early. There will be water available for filling/refilling. Hosts will stay until 11am, but if you want to continue on feel free! This is rain or shine. If you are registered for the race, we will send out a map prior to this training run. The group will assemble near the white Interpretive Center building.
