Join us for the Summer Empowerment Series — a three-part event series focused on mental health, addiction recovery, and personal empowerment through a Jewish and community-centered lens.
Hosted by 14Y Selah, each evening blends real stories, practical tools, and soul-nourishing connection. Whether you’re in recovery, love someone who is, or simply seeking a more intentional way to live, this series is for you.
Each session includes light refreshments, a featured speaker, and time for group reflection and community connection.

Blocking the Noise: Tools for Inner Peace and Emotional Repair
Facilitated by Dr. Angelina Lipman, Clinical Psychologist & Author
Explore how trauma shapes our inner world—and learn tools to quiet the noise of shame, fear, and self-doubt.
