14th Urban Sketchers Symposium - Toulouse 2026

The International Urban Sketching Symposium is an annual educational event organized by Urban Sketchers (USk), a nonprofit dedicated to fostering the practice of on-location observational sketching. The goal of the Symposium is to celebrate and practice the art of on-location sketching in the host city. The event offers valuable field-sketching instruction and opportunities for participants to network and socialize.

Following our spirit of “sharing the world, one drawing at a time,” we aim to bring the Symposium to new cities and countries every year. Portland, Lisbon, Santo Domingo, Barcelona, Paraty, Singapore, Manchester, Chicago, Porto, Amsterdam, Auckland, Buenos Aires and Poznan have hosted previous editions of the Symposium.

You can choose from four Workshop Pass options, allowing you 1, 2, 3, or 4 workshops lead by top international instructors.

The Workshop Pass includes access to

22 March 2026: Tickets for the Opening Reception July 15, and Closing Reception Saturday July 18, will be on sale Sunday March 22 noon/12:00 hrs CET.

• Cost per ticket is USD 80 + Eventbrite Ticket Fee USD 7.21
• Tickets grants exclusive access to the Opening - or the Closing Reception. Enjoy an evening of celebration with one complimentary beverage and a selection of delicious finger food
• Refund policy:
  Tickets for the Opening- and Closing Receptions are non-refundable.
  Exception: If additional Symposium Passes are reopened for sale due to cancellations, participants who purchase a pass and have already bought reception tickets are eligible for a full refund of the reception tickets.

**While Eventbrite lists a 30-day refund policy, Urban Sketchers' refund policy outlined below applies.**

Due to the need to finalize facilities, supplies, and programming, Urban Sketchers reserves the right to apply a $85 (USD) cancellation fee for all refunds. Please note: Eventbrite Ticketing Fee is non-refundable.

• Refunds requested before May 15, 2026, 23:59 CET will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee and the Eventbrite Ticketing Fee.
• No refunds will be offered after May 15, 2026, 23:59 CET
