🎸 14. EUROPEAN BLUES CHALLENGE – KATOWICE 2026 🎸
Najważniejsze europejskie święto bluesa odbędzie się w samym sercu Górnego Śląska!
W dniach 16–18 kwietnia 2026 Katowice staną się sercem europejskiego bluesa, goszcząc 14. edycję European Blues Challenge – prestiżowego konkursu skupiającego najlepszych artystów bluesowych z całej Europy, nie bez kozery nazywanego nawet „bluesową Eurowizją”!
Miasto Katowice – współgospodarz wydarzenia – to najważniejsze miasto na bluesowej mapie Polski, miejsce o silnych bluesowych korzeniach i wyjątkowej muzycznej tożsamości. To właśnie tutaj blues od dekad spotyka się z industrialnym charakterem regionu, tworząc niepowtarzalną atmosferę. Właśnie w Katowicach odbywa się największy na świecie halowy festiwal bluesowy- Rawa Blues Festival, w Katowicach również powstał jedyny na świecie multimedialny szlak turystyczny- przewodnik po historycznych klubach muzycznych i bluesowych- Szlak Śląskiego Bluesa i wreszcie w Katowicach działa KATO Blues FACES- kultowa przestrzeń będąca bluesowym sercem miasta!

🎸 14th EUROPEAN BLUES CHALLENGE – KATOWICE 2026 🎸
Europe’s most important blues celebration will take place in the very heart of Upper Silesia!
On April 16–18, 2026, Katowice will become the heart of European blues, hosting the 14th edition of the European Blues Challenge — a prestigious competition bringing together the finest blues artists from across Europe, often referred to as the “Blues Eurovision.”
The City of Katowice — co-host of the event — is the most important city on Poland’s blues map, a place with deep blues roots and a unique musical identity. For decades, blues has met and merged with the region’s industrial character here, creating a truly distinctive atmosphere. Katowice is home to the world’s largest indoor blues festival — the Rawa Blues Festival. The city is also where the world’s only multimedia tourist trail dedicated to historic music and blues clubs — the Silesian Blues Trail — was created. Finally, Katowice is home to KATO Blues FACES, an iconic space that serves as the blues heart of the city.
