14th Annual Movable Feast Weekend

Thank you to the Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County, Nothing Bundt Cake, Raffaldini Vineyards, Salemtowne, and State of Graze for their support of this event!

Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at Reynolds Place Theatre inside the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts.

**If you would like to attend both days of Movable Feast and have the chance to see all 20 authors, please purchase the "Both Days" option**

This event is the traditional Movable Feast event where each author visits ten tables for ten minutes each -- think speed dating with authors! Each table will hear from ten different authors over the course of the afternoon.

Attendees may purchase an appetizer charcuterie board crafted by State of Graze to be served at the event. Mini bundt cakes, wine, and non-alcoholic punch will be provided for all attendees.

There will be a book signing following the event for attendees to have books signed and personalized. Attendees may buy their books in advance on the Bookmarks website, and books will be available for purchase at the event.

VIP Table Ticket - $750 Saturday or Sunday / $1450 both days

• Includes 8 seats
• 2 bottles of Raffaldini wine for the table
• 8 wrapped surprise books
• Early entry at 2:00 pm for a professional group photo, time to shop for books, and opportunity to chat with available authors
• Can request their preferred authors (There is no guarantee we can accommodate everyone's preferences).

Table Ticket - $480 Saturday or Sunday / $912 both days

• Includes 8 seats
• Can request their preferred authors (There is no guarantee we can accommodate everyone's preferences).

Individual Ticket - $60 Saturday or Sunday / $115 both days

• Single day ticketholders will choose seats from the designated open tables
• Two day ticketholders will be assigned a table to ensure they can see all 20 authors

Includes meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, jam or honey, and crackers. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the order form so accommodations can be made.

• Small (1-2 people) - $18
• Medium (3-4 people) - $27
• Large (8-10 people) - $45

Keep in mind that if you want a charcuterie board and are planning to attend both Saturday and Sunday, you'll need to purchase two boards in order to have one each day.
