149th Annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Service in Denver

Denver’s Annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Service — started in 1876 — is one of the oldest continuous interfaith partnerships in the country and First Unitarian has a long tradition of participating. This year’s service will be held at the Denver Buddhist Temple (1947 Lawrence St.) and will begin at 10 am on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday November 27). The service will be around an hour long and will be followed by light refreshments.

Monetary and nonperishable food donations will be gratefully accepted on behalf of our local mission partner Metro Caring. More information about items to donate is available at https://tsdbt.org/announcements/2025/metro-caring-food-drive/.

Parking will be available in the Sakura Square garage entrance at 1950 Lawrence St (validation processed inside the temple with license plate number). Overflow garage parking will also be available: details to come! Additionally street parking in Denver is free for the holiday.
