Celebrate the fall season this October with our 1440 Teaching Kitchen Weekend: Fall Harvest! (*Advanced registration required; learn more and book now at https://www.1440.org/teaching-kitchen-weekends)The nostalgic warming flavors of autumn come to life on October 15-17 as you sauté apples, roll sweet potato gnocchi, and taste the flavors that flourish in the fall - complemented by mulled wine and vintner tastings. Held in the 1440 Teaching Kitchen and hosted by the 1440 culinary team, our hands-on, educational and all-inclusive Teaching Kitchen Weekends are a fun way to sharpen your cooking skills while re-energizing yourself on our redwood campus.
Your all-inclusive Teaching Kitchen Weekend stay package at the 75-acre 1440 Multiversity campus includes:
• Fall Harvest program workshops
• Private overnight accommodations
• All sustainable, locally sourced meals beginning with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday
• Three daily signature classes such as yoga, meditation, art, and movement activities (hiking, tai chi, and qigong)
