An earthly exercise!What taste is black and how do we perceive white as a dish, our black and white dinner is an exercise in how we can use cooking techniques to manipulate ingredients to become black or white.
We made a 3 course dinner with the contradictory colours black and white to extract our senses and awaken thoughts.

We invited four artists who work with black and white, using the reduced palette to investigate the interplay of light and dark, presence and absence.
