ABC Trek is one of the most popular short to medium length treks in Nepal. On the way to ABC trek You will enjoy every single minute of these magnificent vistas which also include gorgeous forests of red and pink rhododendron and Passing through Gurung villages, lush forests and shrubs. When you reach Base Camp you will feel like you are in heaven surrounded by the inspiring panorama of sparkling snow covered mountains. Altitude is rarely a problem on this trek though there are plenty of close-up mountain views. The trek itself is not particularly strenuous. Though being in good shape will of course help. The Annapurna Base Camp trek offers a great blend of scenery over a relatively easy trail leading to spectacular scenery. Autumn (Sept to Nov) and Spring (March to May) are the best seasons. The weather is sunny and warm with outstanding views.

[Months before] Scheduled physical group training and altitute training
Plan for individual training as well as in a group will be arranged. Some of these trainings will include high altitute training such as Fraser Hills and Cameron Highlands. WhatsApp group will be created to discuss on preparation (Flights Booking, Packing List, Altitude Sickness, Visa, Travel Insurance, etc)

Day-01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1330m)
Company representative will pick up you from the airport and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free time to explore Thamel. (Overnight at hotel)
Day-02: Kathmandu to Pokhara drive 6-7 hrs
After breakfast we start our journey to Pokhara (a guide will be with with us the whole trip). You can enjoy the scenery while driving on road following the Trisuli River where you might see people doing rafting. After around 6-7 hours (200km) drive you will reach beautiful and peaceful town Pokhara. A city with a large lake that offers us the magnificent views of various mountains. Dhaulagiri, the whole Annapurna range, Machhapuchre (Fishtail) amongst others. You will get another chance to do some last minute shopping for the trek and explore around the lake and town. Day-03: Drive to Nayapul & trek to Tikhedhunga (1540m) 8.5km, 5-6 hrs walking.
After breakfast, we drive for 1.5 hours to reach the trekking starting point (Nayapul). Your 1st day of the adventure is begin from here. Mostly we walk along the new trail(dirt motor road) and through the local villages with rice fields along the small river side. while trekking you will get to know the life style of locals too. For the last hour we walk on the old trekking trail along stones steps and reach the Tikhedgunga. (Overnight at teahouse) [B/L/D].
Day-04: Trek to Ghorepani (2850m) 9.8km, 6-7 hrs walking.
We begin our journey after breakfast, continuing along stone steps we climb up to Ulleri. This is the toughest part of the day. It takes around 2 hours to climb up 500m. We continue to walk another hour through the mountain village and stop for lunch. After lunch we enter the rhododendron forest all the way up to Ghorpani which is about 3 hours walking. Day-05: Hike to Poon Hill (3210m) & trek to Tadapani (2660 m) 11km 6-7 hrs walking. Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3210m) to see panoramic views with a multi colored sunrise on the snowy white mountain combining to amaze your senses. You can see more than 10 huge snow capped mountains from Poon Hill including the 7th highest mountain in the world, Dhaulagiri, and 10th highest mountain Annapurna 1st. Then it’s back to the tea house for breakfast. After this we trek to Tadapani through dense forest; we get chance to see monkeys, birds and other animals. (Overnight at teahouse) [B/L/D].
Day-06: Tadapani to Chhomrong (2170m) 8km 4-5 hrs
We will enjoy the early morning sunrise in Tadapani and gear up to continue our trek.
Leaving Tadapani behind, we trek down for an hour up to Kimron Khola. We will then take a steep ascent until we reach Chhomrong. We will be bestowed with rewarding views of Annapurna south and Fishtail Mountain while scaling to Chhomrong. Chhomrong is a small but beautiful village located on the lap of Annapurna Massif. Day-07: Chhomrong to Himalaya (2920m) 10km 6-7 hrs
We will have our breakfast and head towards Himalaya. The trail passes via Modi Khola and enters the wooded slopes of the Himalayas. We cross the suspension bridge and ascend to Sinuwa Danda. The trail then passes though the dense rhododendron forest and reach Khuldighar. We will later descend along the stony slopes into the deep bamboo and rhododendron forest and reach Himalaya. Day-08: To Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) 7 km, 5-6 hrs walking.
Our day starts with a gradual ascent following the trail above the river through the dense forest. We then cross two streams and pass through solitary places. The beautiful sceneries will make our adventure even vibrant and exotic. We may spot variety of wildlife like wild pigs, deer and snow leopards during the treks. We will later climb to Hinko cave and ascending further we will reach Deurali. From Deurali we climb through the river bank and then climb to the mountain side. We need to be rather precarious as there are avalanche prone areas at some point of the trail.
Hiking further we reach Bagar from where the trail leads us to MBC. The MBC offers the superb view of Machhapuchhre, Mt. Hiunchuli,
Mt Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna II and Gangapurna. After having lunch at MBC we continue our trek to Annapurna Base Camp. This area is called the Annapurna Sanctuary since it is totally surrounded by mountains. Now your dreams become true and you are at Annapurna Base camp, which offers spectacular views (Overnight at teahouse) [B/L/D].
Day-09: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2300m) 13.2 km 5-6 hrs walking.
Get up in the early morning and savor the magnificent sunrise over the Himalayas from ABC. After taking breakfast, we start descending from ABC to Bamboo back through MBC, Deurali, Dovan and finally reach Bamboo. Heading back down to the valley is much easier than climbing up. You will see the waterfalls that drop down from a high point to the rocks below. We pass through the forests with great views of Fishtail and Hiunchuli mountains. (Overnight at teahouse) [B/L/D].
Day-10: Bamboo to Jhinu Dada (1760m) 7.8 km, 5-6 hrs walking.
From Bamboo we make a steep ascent to the Kuldi Ghar and then to Sinuwa following the stone steps that leads to Lower Chhomrong. Then we ascend on the thousand stony steps taking us to Upper Chhomrong. From Chhomrong we descend to Jhinu Danda. We today get opportunity to enjoy hot springs lying just a 20-min walk from Jhinu Danda. (Overnight at teahouse) [B/L/D].
Day-11: Jhinu Dada to Naya Pool (1070m) 10.8 km 6 hrs walking & drive to Pokhara.
Trek from Jhinu Danda to New bridge and then to Kyumi village. After lunch, we trek to Syauli bazaar and then down to Birethanti. After about an hour trek from Birethanti, and we arrive at Naya Pul. The trek ends at Naya Pul.You will be picked you up at Nayapul and approx one hour drive takes you to Pokhara. We check in to our hotel late afternoon. Rest of the day free to wonder around. Day-12: Drive back to Kathmandu.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. You can spend the evening leisurely, perhaps catch up on some last minute shopping. (Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu) [B/D].
Day-13: Final Departure to your onward destination
We will Transfer you to International airport for final departure to your onwards destination. [B].
Flight Arrangement
Please select the flight that best suits you and your other travelling arrangements (if any). The organizer will not be held responsible in the event of you missing your flight cause by any delay. In the unlikely event of a flight cancellation or delay which might cause disruption to the itinerary, the organizer will give our best effort to adjust the itinerary accordingly to cater for these unforeseen circumstances. Though in the event where it can't be catered for, the organizer will not be held responsible for the participants missing the activities and will therefore not being able to refund on the payment made.

- Name replacement is possible. It's participant's onus to find their own replacement.
- Activities are subject to weather conditions which includes trip cancellation by the organiser should the weather be completely unsafe. This will be at the discretion of the organisers. We are dealing with the elements of nature, which is beyond our control.
