Cadets, Threshing Day is coming.

Join Under the Covers for a midnight release celebration of Rebecca Yarros's Threshing Day and spend the night putting your own rider skills to the test before the book officially releases at midnight.

You'll be conscripted into a quadrant, face 13 interactive trials, discover which dragon would choose you, manifest your signet, test your Basgiath knowledge, compete for your quadrant, cast your votes in the ultimate romantasy showdown, and—if you make it far enough—face Threshing itself.

And at midnight?

Complete 5 trials to become a Rider.

🔥 YOUR NIGHT AT BASGIATH

Throughout the evening, you'll:

• Be randomly assigned to Riders, Scribes, Healers, or Infantry
• Compete to make your quadrant the champion of the night
• Take our Find Your Dragon personality quiz
• Create your own signet
• Name your dragon
• Test your Empyrean knowledge
• Decide whether questionable fictional behavior is a Red Flag or simply Rider Material
• Attempt to survive Basgiath
• Hunt for hidden dragons throughout Under the Covers
• Vote in our Ultimate Romantasy Crush bracket
• Cast your Rider Superlative ballot
• Take photos at our "I Survived Threshing" photo wall
• Unlock the final Threshing Trial
• Enter to win The Rider's Hoard

🐉 THE RIDER'S HOARD

Every attendee earns one entry into our grand-prize drawing, with additional entries earned as you complete your trials.

The more you survive, the better your chances.

The Rider's Hoard will be filled with bookish goodies, Under the Covers treats, and prizes worthy of a dragon's collection.

Winner will be drawn just before midnight and must be present to win.
