Catch it! Like Roberto Clemente Did! Roberto Clemente was -- The Great One -- one of the greatest Puerto Rican baseball players of all time! Come enjoy Roberto Clemente collector-grade memorabilia by Edwin Baez! Bring the kids! There will be door prizes!
Also enjoy our Traditional Arts students rehearsing Plena, Bomba and other folkloric music and dances for our upcoming play.
Our Roberto Clemente Display will take place November 7, 10am-12pm at the Puerto Rican Cultural Center, 701 Tillery Street, in Austin, Texas 78702. Our entrance is in the south end of the building, steps away from the free parking lot.
Austin's Puerto Rican Cultural Center's season is supported in part by the City of Austin Office of Arts, Culture, Music and Entertainment (ACME), and the Texas Commission on the Arts.
