Organized by the Organisation for Customer Service Excellence-Ghana (OCSE-Ghana) under the leadership of Hector Wulff, the Dialogue brings together key public and private sector stakeholders to promote best practices, collaboration, and customer-centric leadership.
Under the theme “Enhancing Ghana’s Image and Global Competitiveness Through Service Excellence,” the Dialogue drives coordinated action to improve service delivery, elevate national service standards, and position Ghana competitively on the global stage.
