You are cordially invited to join us for an evening and celebration of Slovak folklore, beauty, and culture, dance, and music at the Veselica Gala on the 31st of January, 2026 at 6:00 PM in Belvedere Chateau, 8055 W 103rd St, Palos Hills, Illinois.

Entertainment:

• Guests from Slovakia - Cimbalom Slovak Folk Band Noga Band
• Folk dancers Alfréd Lincke and Lucia Nogová
• Folk Band Veselica
• DJ and modern music entertainment
• Dance performance by Folk Ensemble Veselica
• Midnight Raffle

All proceeds from the fundraising event will benefit Veselica Slovak Cultural Organization, a 501c3 non-profit organization - Folk Ensemble Veselica and Children's Ensemble Veselička.

ABOUT OUR GUESTS:

Michal Noga and his band are well-known in Slovakia with their top-class playing full of lightness and energy. Michal is an acclaimed violin player, composer and teacher with a background in ethnology. He has gathered the material from the rich traditions of various regions and peoples of Slovakia and learned from old masters and village musicians.
