PITCH-ER THIS! is a Youth Venture Competition for students in mid-Michigan. Student teams will "pitch" their bright idea for a chance to receive up to $5,000 in funding from United Way of Greater Central Michigan. Event attendees and a panel of community leaders will vote for their favorite idea!
Student teams of one to four individuals should submit their application by November 27, 2026. If the idea is approved, teams will work with a mentor to develop their plan and prepare for their Shark Tank style pitch!
Ideas may include anything from programs/events to technology and arts. The event is free and open to the public. It will take place Saturday, February 27, 2027 at the CMU College of Medicine Auditorium.
