A FREE kid-friendly Austin Studio Tour stop! Blackshear Elementary's 12th Annual Little EAST will feature student art & performances, a collaborative art installation, fashion makerspace, crafts, and an amazing silent auction. We are Austin ISD’s first elementary school devoted to the fine arts - the Blackshear Yellow Jackets want you to come and see what the buzz is about! We are also Austin's oldest operating elementary school and this year's event kicks off our 135th Anniversary Celebration!
