Are you ready for the 12th annual Russell Neighborhood Children's Parade? Our long-standing tradition will begin at 9:00 am in front of Russell Elementary on Thursday, July 4. Highway Patrol officer Brazaz has once again volunteered to lead our parade. Neighbors can drop off easy to eat breakfast items on the table in front of 309 Russell by 8:00 am. We would love to have the parade route lined with many neighbors to celebrate America's birthday!
